I noticed that patients often face long wait times in emergency rooms (ERs), Because of the unequal patient distribution among ERs, certain ERs are overly crowded and others having a surplus of available resources, causing treatment delays and inefficient use of medical resources.

I propose creating an ER Chatbox, which continuously monitor the real-time availability and capacity of nearby ERs. After quickly assessing patients' conditions, it will recommend the nearest and least crowded ER, to balance patient distribution and ensure optimal utilization of healthcare resources.
