Overview:
Developed a custom search engine for the University of California, Irvine (UCI) community, using openAI API, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Capable of understanding complex queries and returning the most relevant information. Successfully generated 739,621 indexes and organized data from 15,000+ websites. Optimized the system to efficiently deliver the top 1,000 most relevant search results within an rapid response time of less than 200ms.
